followed by 14 months aging in French and American oak barrels.

Long rnaturally acidic finish.
A varietal that grows the best in the northern Golan region.
A light to medium bodied Pinot Noir with a good balance of wood and acidity.
Vineyard:
Northern Golan Heights - well-drained volcanic tuff.
Production:
Fermentation for two weeks with skins at relatively low fermentation temperatures. Pressing using the Punching method every 4 hours. Malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels. Aged for 14 months in barrels.
