Our luxury label, offering hand made wines of the highest quality, individually selected for a series of exclusive numbered bottles.
Produced from100% Chardonnay grapes, harvested manually from vineyards in the Galilee and the Hermon region. Fresh, aromatic and intense, with flavors of citrus and spice.

The Chardonnay wine fermented its 2nd fermentation in the bottle,aging 3 years on the yeast's sediments.
When the day has come, the riddling stage began, a gentle shake to the bottle followed by turning it ,on its pivot ,every 3rd day.
Once the wine became crystal clear, The disgorging took place: Freezing of the bottle's neck at minus 30 degrees Celsius, release of the yeasts and replacement of the temporary cap with a proper cork one.
A dedicating process with a beautiful result.
