Produced from 100% premium Petit Verdot grapes.After hand selected and picked the grapes undergo a special processing,
followed by 14 months aging in French oak barrels.
Full bodied, firm tannins, rich in plum pomegranate, anis and black olives flavors.

High quality and rich fruit that showed enough body and flavor to be a varietal wine.
Medium to full bodied. Fresh acidity and an overall soft and round feel.
Produced mainly for export to Michelin restaurants in central Europe.

Nir - Jerusalem hills, chalky soil.
Production:
Fermentation for two weeks with skins at relatively low fermentation temperatures. Pressing using the Punching method every 4 hours. Malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels. Aged for 14 months in new barrels.
